Sushi Platters

Being the person to show up to an event with a platter of everyone’s favorite maki is a great way to ensure your friends and family leave smiling - and full! Check out our menu for a full list of sushi rolls to choose from.

Wasabi, ginger, soy sauce, and chopsticks included. Gluten-free and vegan options available. See Menu for details.

Mini Poké Bowls

A platter of our mini poké bowls is a perfect complement to any spread and provides a delicious, portable catering option for kids’ parties, picnics, and office luncheons. Each platter contains 16 individual mini poké bowls.

Protein options: Teriyaki Tofu, Spicy Ahi Tuna - or make your platter half & half!

Musubi & Onigiri Platters

Known as the “Hawaiian Energy Bar,” Spam Musubi has become a wildly popular beach snack and lunchbox staple because they’re hearty, delicious, and can be enjoyed on the go. Each platter includes about 15 musubi.

Spam not your thing? Meet Onigiri. These traditional Japanese rice balls are simple and delicious - and we make ‘em bite-sized! Feeds 6-8

Protein options for onigiri: Teriyaki tofu or cooked salmon.

“I seriously can’t stop thinking about the spicy tuna roll. I’ve eaten a lot of sushi over the years (it’s one of my favorite foods), and I can honestly say it was one of the best spicy tuna rolls I’ve ever had. It was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor, to the point that I didn’t even use soy sauce- it was that good. 

Everything else we tried was just as delicious. There was such a great variety of rolls, and the presentation was beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into every detail.
